We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we've got you covered!

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Log into your account and go to your order history, or contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid shipping label provided (if applicable) or ship the item to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after refund is processed
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after refund is processed
  • Store Credit: Immediately available after refund is processed

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges! The fastest way to get what you need is to:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to help expedite the process.
