How to Return an Item
Contact Our Support Team
Email us at support@gocomfortplus.com or call 1-800-POSTURE to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the RMA number clearly visible. Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gocomfortplus.com with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use beyond testing the product. All returns must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
